Dr. Anand Atulkumar Joshi - Founder

Every Ashram is born from a seeker.
Dr. Anand Joshi comes from a humble background with mastery on diverse Topics like Finance, International Business, Sales, Brand Building and Business Strategy formation to execution. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance and runs an export business named Orion Transnationals. Along with his business venture he is a passionate and dedicated teacher and trainer who loves to train and guide individuals towards their way to success. Dr. Anand considers himself very intuitive, raw and grounded to the way of looking at life and its challenges. He firmly understands that anyone can achieve highest level of success and satisfaction just by adding certain spiritual practices to their professional engagement.

During his 10+ years into the training and people engagement Dr. Joshi concluded that over 80 individuals out of 100 individuals are not following any spiritual practices in their routine and consider their professional engagement different from their spiritual obligations. He understood that two things are very important in today’s generation to be inculcated:

  • Enhancement of Employability skills
  • Guiding them rightly towards Spiritual Practices.

The main objective behind him conceptualizing THE BUSINESS ASHRAM is to bridge the vast gap between Business and Spirituality. He believes that Business or Employment is also a stage of life where person works towards 4Ps of life. i.e. Prosperity, Peace, Profits and Potential enhancement. Dr. Joshi believes that blending two worlds:

  • Business Strategy with Spiritual Clarity
  • Financial Intelligence with Inner Awareness
  • Leadership Skills with Mindfulness
  • Performance Discipline with Purpose

What is The Business Ashram?

The prime objective of our institute is to put your personal as well as professional career advancement on the right trajectory. We always concern ourselves about our professional career but have we ever thought about our PERSONAL CAREER. Our professional career could be categorized like A Doctor, A Lawyer, A Successful Businessman, World Class artist etc. But PERSONAL CAREER can only be classified as to KNOW OUR TRUE SELVES AND TO BECOME A YOGI. In pursue of our professional career we usually ignore our personal career which costs us everything in life. And the biggest cost is to become a failure in life. The good news is if we repair and fix our personal career i.e. to KNOW OUR TRUE SELVES AND TO BECOME A YOGI, the Professional career will follow like magic.

Whatever we want to achieve in life is already there within us, we just need the access to it by practicing spirituality in our life. The basic problem is that there is less awareness about spirituality among the young minds of India. There could not be any simple definition of spirituality other than KNOWING OUR TRUESELVES AND TO BECOME A YOGI.

Business Ashram is not a place but it is a state of mind or a stage of life through which every YOGI has to go through in life. Just as in our ancient scriptures the life of an individual is depicted in four different stages i.e.

  • Brahmacharya Ashram ( Student Life)
  • Grihasth Ashram ( Household Life)
  • Vanprasth Ashram ( Retired Life)
  • Sanyas Ashram ( Renouce Life)

There can be two types of success in life i. Material Success ii. Spiritual Success. In today’s dynamic and fast changing world we usually choose to achieve material success. Which is a great choice but such type of success usually is incomplete and many a times not long lasting. What if we can have best of both worlds? We assure you that path towards material success must always pass through the spiritual success. Only and only that way the words like STRUGGLE, FAILURE, DISAPPOINTMENT, DISASTERS, ACCIDENTS and GIVING UP will disappear from the life of a YOGI. So, to achieve Material as Well as Spiritual success the aspirant has to pass through a very important stage of life and that is THE BUSINESS ASHRAM. The Business Ashram is actually the consolidated outcome all the above mentioned stages of life. So, let’s embark on a journey where all our ambitions will be converted into reality.
